- In addition to Third Party Materials, the Client will be invoiced. Third-Party Materials expenses include, without limitation, photographs licenses, artworks licenses, talent fees, music licenses, software licenses, theme licenses, plugin licenses, online access, font licenses, domains, and website hosting.
- The Client owns any work that is designed or developed by Service Provider. Client guarantee that all elements of text, photographs, and anything else that Client provide to Service Provider are legally to use in the project and that Client will not hold Service Provider responsible for any third-party claims.
